Greg was born in Seattle and has always lived in Washington except for a few years while serving in the US Army, Military Police. He loves living in the northwest, embracing all that it offers. You can find him on the Puget Sound boating with his family and friends during the summer. In the winter he will be at one of the many ski resorts, downhill skiing when time allows. He is an avid outdoorsman. He is also a foodie, who loves trying new cuts of meat on his smoker and sharing his creations with others.
Greg attended Thomas Edison State College for Business and Leadership and has an extensive background in capital construction management and maintenance.
Greg and his wife live in Gig Harbor and have grown to love all the things there are to do right in their own “backyard”. He loves to share his knowledge of the area with others.

Julie has spent many years working in social services and in higher education as a Psychology Professor and project manager. Julie continues to work on a part-time basis as an adjunct professor but found herself being pulled in another direction to serve people in real estate. Julie had worked with her husband Greg on several small projects and enjoyed the challenge of construction/interior design and project management. Julie has always had an interest in real estate and decided to it was time to put her experience to work in an area that she enjoyed. Julie works with clients to help them understand the real estate selling and buying process. With a focus on working with homeowners to prepare their house to sell, she enjoys all aspects of home staging and design.

Julie loves to spend time with family and friends often to just grab a cup of coffee and chat about life Along with her husband and business partner, Greg Randall, they have 2 daughters Kjersti and Jasmyn and 1 small dog, Tinkerbell. They belong to Believers Fellowship Church in Gig Harbor. Julie has a passion and love of photography and enjoys bringing her memories and experiences to life in her scrapbooks. She also enjoys crafting, reading, travel, and anything on the water, which makes Gig Harbor an amazing place to call home!

Jasmyn’s past work experience has prepared her to support a variety of client needs. Her work experience includes helping to manage the lives of 6 adults with developmental disabilities, where she was the live-in full-time caregiver. In this role she coordinated the services, provided daily living help and support as needed for each individual client, and worked seamlessly with the needs and concerns of the parents and family members.
Jasmyn has also assisted in vacation property management where she was responsible to ensure the vacation rental was properly maintained and readied the rental for each new quest, supplied, stocked and organized house supplies for guests and housekeeping, addressed guest needs and concerns, and assisted in the marketing of the properly. Her most recent work has continued to support adults with disabilities in the Tacoma area, providing community inclusion services.
Jasmyn works as our Administrative Assistant and loves working with both buyers and sellers. She looks forward to building relationships with our clients and assisting in a smooth home buying process. She is currently working towards her real estate brokers license!
When Jasmyn is not helping others achieve owning the home of their dreams, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, downhill skiing, boating, and other outdoor activities. She is passionate about animals and loves playing with her dog Joey, attending country music concerts and festivals and photography.
